Extensive Customized Learning Solution
Codie has noticed that several moms have quit lately but isn’t sure why. They reach out to me for help. I start by analyzing their current situation, interviewing employees, and developing an in-depth plan to start improving the culture and making the working-parents at the company feel more included and supported. I suggest developing an in-person training to better explain some benefits parents aren’t currently taking advantage of and a quick reference guide for how to access these benefits. We also decide to develop an online course for managers to help them understand what parents need in order to feel supported and successful.
